Thomas Crenshaw - Chief Executive Officer/President � Member of the Board of Directors

Tommy Crenshaw founded The Connection, which was engaged in the tire and wheel business in Memphis, Tennessee from 1991 through 1998. The name of the business was changed to Wheel Connection in 1998, as a move to better identify the business through a more descriptive name. Wheel Workz was formed in 1999, with Mr. Crenshaw as its President and Chief Executive Officer.

Dale Ingram - Chief Operating Officer � Chairman of the Board of Directors

Dale Ingram was President of King Cy�s from 1979 though 2000. The business, located in Memphis, Tennessee, offered wholesale and retail automotive accessories, and built custom trucks and vans under agreements with Dodge and General Motors. King Cy�s was named Memphis Business of the Year in 1996 by The Memphis Business Journal and Earnst & Young. It was also in the top 10 in commercial sales for General Motors in 1999 in the United States. Mr. Ingram has been President and Owner of DTI Staffing & Employment Services in Memphis, Tennessee since 2000.

Johnny M. Wilson - Member of the Board of Directors

Johnny Wilson has a proven record of accomplishments in growth ventures, with major successes in franchising, marketing, sales, finance and mergers. He also has in-depth experience with franchise contracts and state registrations. Mr. Wilson held major executive positions with responsibility for the development, implementation, profitability, legal and financial structuring of companies. He developed franchise contracts in Japan, Russia, Europe, Canada and Latin America, and took three franchise companies from one unit to over 350 each. Mr. Wilson conceptualized, developed and implemented unique franchise programs involving one hundred fifty financial institutions, twenty-five thousand retailers and over one million consumers with over thrity million in revenues.
